“混血児リカ”シリーズ二作目。謎の事件を追って、横浜から東北の八戸へと飛んだリカが、権力や暴力に向って戦いを挑み、自由奔放な大活躍をする。原作は凡天太郎の同名の劇画。脚本は「讃歌」の新藤兼人、監督は「混血児リカ」の中平康、撮影も同作の杉田安久利がそれぞれ担当。
